Memberships and Pricing 

We offer memberships for individuals, families, and businesses. If you would like more information on options for small businesses and employers please contact us!

For Employers we can also help you with the process of getting the best value for your health insurance offerings to your employees and have been able to add our clinic membership to the benefits of previous employers while also decreasing their total healthcare spend.

 *  Bundled memberships include membership in ActuateCare for 24/7 virtual urgent care and DirectRx which includes roughly 1000 medications for minimal or no additional costs.

** Medication assisted weight loss as a stand alone product includes the needed consults with a provider (in person or virtually) required to safely decide the medical nescisity of prescriptions and monitor progress.

  • Dose adjustments are made under medical supervision 

  • Treatment typically starts at the lowest dose and increases gradually 

  • Pricing includes necessary supplies and professional oversight. 

  •  Pricing does not include membership in Abundant Health, PLLC, DPC practice for comprehensive primary care. This is encouraged but not required for treatment.
