We offer memberships for individuals, families, and businesses. If you would like more information on options for small businesses and employers please contact us!

Starting July 1, 2026 New Membership Pricing Structure: 

 **Individual adult: $115 / month
**Married couple: $200 / month
**Family with 1–2 children: $249 / month
**Family (up to 7 members): $299 / month

Membership includes primary care services delivered through AHC by Dr. Travis Shivers and other licensed medical providers, including extended visits, direct messaging access to your provider, in-house procedures, and near-wholesale pricing on labs. 
 

DID YOU KNOW?!

Beginning January 1, 2026, federal law also allows DPC membership fees to be paid through a Health Savings Account (HSA) for individuals enrolled in qualifying high-deductible health plans, up to $150/month for individuals and $300/month for families. Our pricing is structured to remain within those HSA-eligible limits.

Members and non-members of the DPC clinic will have access to a Styku 3D body scanner. DPC members will have access at 50% of the retail price.

We have Hume Pod Scales at wholesale rates.

 

 

Starting in July a complete metabolic reset package will be available which will include primary care, access to GLP-1s at our usual discounted rates, Styku Body Scans and a Hume Pod BioImpedence scale to take home and keep. These plans will also include dedicated in-person and virtual visits with our providers to customimze a wellness routine based on each members unique medical history!
